Job hunting is tough, especially when your resume gets lost in a recruiter’s inbox.
But Pizza Hut came up with a fun way to help job seekers stand out with their unique campaign, ‘ResZAmes.’
Instead of sending resumes the traditional way, Pizza Hut printed them on pizza boxes and delivered them with a pizza in New York City.
This definitely grabbed employers’ attention!
Job seekers submitted their resumes on ResZAmes.com and input the zip code of their desired employer’s office.
Pizza Hut then selected lucky applicants and printed their resumes directly on pizza boxes.
The boxes were hand-delivered with a pizza to the corporate headquarters of the job seeker’s choosing.
This campaign took advantage of the job market buzz during the ‘September Surge,’ a key hiring season and offered something both original and effective to stand out from the competition.
